I believe my connection to A Treasured Living Home Care was truly a divine one. At a time when my father’s cognitive decline was affecting not only him but also taking an emotional and physical toll on my mother, their support became a lifeline. As a family, we were navigating a kind of loss we hadn’t prepared for—not a passing, but a gradual transformation. Conversations shifted from the present to the past, and sometimes he didn’t quite remember who we were. These moments were tender, heartbreaking, and complex.

My mother, his primary caregiver, was overwhelmed. We knew we needed help—before another fall or medical scare—but it was hard for her to accept outside support. After reaching out to several care providers, A Treasured Living was the only one that truly understood what we were going through. They weren’t just responding to a service request—they were responding to a family in need.

They worked quickly and compassionately within our tight timeframe. Tabitha and her team met with us in person, explaining everything clearly and respectfully. They provided overnight care while my father was in a rehab facility recovering from a fall. Because of his memory issues, he was at high risk for additional falls at night, and their presence brought tremendous peace of mind. They coordinated seamlessly with the nursing staff, kept detailed notes, and communicated regularly with my mother and me. Their care was professional, personal, and deeply reassuring.

What truly moved us was when, after another fall, they visited my father in the hospital—even before beginning service. That small act of kindness confirmed we had found the right people.

Since then, I’ve recommended A Treasured Living to others. A coworker of mine was also looking for care for a loved one, and I gave her Tabitha’s number. She later thanked me profusely—her family is now also receiving the same exceptional care.
